What we do?

IIYC provides the training and guidance for those small number of highly motivated individuals who are keen in learning and practice Anushtana Yoga Vedanta (Applied Yoga Philosophy).

We conduct training via face-to-face workshops, retreats and camps and provide a systematic learning and practice of Anushtana Yoga Vedanta (Applied Yoga Philosophy) at various locations. We are based in Brisbane.

We also offer online programs in relaxation and stress management through yoga techniques.

The training includes Yoga exercises (Yoga Asanas), Breathing exercises, Relaxation and Meditation training. Classes also include  interactive sessions on various subjects related to yoga and eastern philosophy.
